The Inspiring Women in Construction and Engineering conference brings together women and allies from both sectors for a unique conference. The event will showcase the inspiring role models and demonstrate how organisations are striving to improve diversity and empower women in the sector.

We are excited to announce that for the first time the conference will run for a full day offering you even more opportunities to network, learn and share insights.

The aim is not only to help women make career progress, but also to encourage more organisations to promote gender equality across the wide variety of roles in construction and engineering.
