Tatiana is a professionally qualified project and programme manager (Prince 2, APMP and MSP) with 15 years’ experience and a proven track record delivering projects and programmes from initiation through to completion. Tatiana has both an engineering and a business management background, which gives her a different perspective from an applied professional point of view and from team management and business management.

Throughout her career, Tatiana has worked in the Residential, Commercial, Banking and Public sectors, currently advancing her career in Data Centre and High Tech field. Her experience includes delivering large scale, high value and complex projects.

At Deerns in London Tatiana leads the Project and Programme Management service proposition, with a focus on planning and execution of technically challenging projects with MEP and Sustainability bias in the UK, Europe and worldwide.

As part of her daily role, she successfully works with multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural and international teams. Tatiana throughout her career has been a meticulous advocate of an inclusive work environment particularly championing the advancement of women in the Design and Construction Industry.
