Rachelle McDade, is Director of Healthcare planning, based in London, who has spent the last 28 years designing and planning hospital projects and strategies, from community well-being hubs to large Acute masterplans in the UK and globally.
She is experienced in producing detailed brief appraisals with strategic master planning proposals and aims to encourage sustainable design which maximises flexibility and future-proofs projects by minimising impact on sites and demands for finite resources. Rachelle has a passion for designing digital healthcare solutions, with a keen interest in any ground-breaking Ai technology & robotics that expedites the patient pathway and improves staff’s working environment.
Rachelle has led the development and implementation of healthcare planning processes to create time and cost efficiencies on numerous major UK & International schemes and is currently working on numerous Mental Health projects, ICS’s and Acute redevelopments as part of the Health Infrastructure plan for the National Hospitals Programme.
