As a proactive and strategic leader in workplace wellbeing, I specialise in developing and embedding wellbeing strategies that create healthier, more inclusive, and high-performing workplaces. With over seven years of experience, I have successfully implemented systemic and psychodynamic approaches to identify and mitigate workplace stressors, directly enhancing employee wellbeing, engagement, and organisational performance.
Throughout my career, I have built and led a Wellbeing Network of over 100 Mental Health First Aiders, delivering ongoing training, structured peer support, and quarterly group check-ins to ensure sustained impact. I have also conducted research-driven initiatives, including Wellbeing During the Project Life Cycle assessments, to address industry-specific stressors and implement evidence-based interventions.
At Dornan, I spearheaded the development and continuous improvement of our Wellbeing Strategy, which contributed to achieving Gold and Silver accreditations in We Invest in Wellbeing from Investors in People. My work has also played a key role in Health & Safety award submissions, including a distinction from the British Safety Awards for one of our construction sites.
