Rachel Bell is an Architect, and Director of Partnerships at Stride Treglown. A highly motivated and enthusiastic professional with over 20 years in the construction sector. Rachel leads the winning work team at Stride Treglown, believing in positive client relationships to help overcome those project hurdles as well as a continued pipeline of work. Beyond her day job, Rachel supports numerous initiatives encouraging a more inclusive construction industry for the future. Rachel is a mentor through the Circle Partnership, a Director for Women in Property limited, a patron for landaid and is involved in many industry awards judging. In the last 5 years Rachel has travelled 3 times to lead a women’s empowerment trip to Malawi. Her mantra is Stand Tall
