Elinor has played a hugely proactive role around supporting talent attraction and retention of not only women but the next generation within the industry. From volunteering including Women’s Engineering Society Treasurer whilst at Loughborough University to Multiplex’s Women’s Network Chair in 2021-2023 [and founding/ launching a female led industry focused podcast] to Co-Chair for the CTBUH Future Leaders in the UK and Global Vice-Chair [present] to being the first female Project Director at Multiplex in 2024. Elinor brings a huge amount of enthusiasm and energy to the industry and hopes to act as a positive role-model to encourage others to grow and develop.
