Debbie Tassell is the Communication Manager for a 210-strong Foundations and Geotechnics team. She has worked at Mott MacDonald for many years, and stayed because she really enjoys her job and her colleagues. Debbie uses her positive attitude and energy to encourage others to join in and embrace camaraderie and collaboration. A graphic designer by trade – Debbie’s communicative skills are enhanced by her design capability and eye for detail.
