Shauna is Head of Responsible Business at McLaughlin & Harvey, 2024’s IWICE Company of the Year. With over 20 years of experience, she began her construction career as a Quantity Surveyor, progressing to Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB). In her current role, Shauna leads Responsible Business operations, driving sustainability through Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. She holds degrees in Business, Finance & Investment, and Quantity Surveying, alongside an ICRS Responsible Business Management certification. A recognised Community Development Practitioner, Shauna champions inclusivity in construction, contributes to industry networks, serves as a CITB (NI) Board Member, and lectures part-time at Ulster University’s Built Environment Department.
