Ashley leads Lovell Strategic Land, the land and planning division of Lovell and drives the business’ work from land identification and acquisition through to setting the strategic vision for sites and planning. She is a chartered surveyor with over 25 years of experience in the sector. Prior to joining Lovell, Ashley worked for Berkeley Group for 18-years where she led on land acquisition and planning for residential and commercial projects including large regeneration schemes across London and the South-East. Ashley has a wealth of experience in acquiring large mixed-use schemes and unlocking complex developments, delivering challenging planning permissions and placemaking.
