Helen is a Chartered Engineer, Chartered Construction Manager and the incoming ADEPT National Bridges Group Chair. Helen works as the Structures and Tunnels Asset Manager for Kent County Council Highways and Transportation Directorate, leading multiple engineering teams delivering projects across the County's 2000+ structures, tunnels, special geotechnical measures and vehicle restraint systems. Helen is passionate about encouraging the future of our industry through her work as an ICE mentor and STEM Ambassador. In 2024 Helen was awarded the Women’s Engineering Society Top 50 Women in Engineering WE50 Award and the Chartered Institute of Building’s Motivational Leader of the Year Award.
