An experienced Employability & Social Value Professional with over 15 years experience within the Facilities Management and Construction industry. Specialising in Social Value, Employability, and Early Talent acquisition.
Naz has worked with a number of organisations and employers to introduce, support and encourage more diverse talent into the construction industry and FM. Liaising, networking, and supporting apprentices, students, and a more inclusive talent pool into the Built Environment. She has worked as a mentor and coach to support women, women of colour, marginalised groups and students both entering and working within the built environment.
She is consistently passionate about the sector and opportunities for all to build a successful career pathway and through skill development and education. A director with LRCTG (London Region Construction Training Group) She also works to promote education and upskilling for all to ensure a more skilled workforce continues. Naz campaigns for a more diverse and equal workforce with both employer and employees.
