An experienced Employability & Social Value Professional with over 15 years experience within the Facilities Management and Construction industry. Specialising in Social Value, Employability, and Early Talent acquisition. Naz has worked with a number of organisations and employers to introduce, support and encourage more diverse talent into the construction industry and FM.
