With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Suzanne is a dedicated professional in industrial relations management and has worked on a number of major Infrastructure projects. She has worked at Heathrow Airport for 12 years, initially leading the industrial relations agenda on the construction of Terminal 2 and currently manages workforce relations for Heathrow’s ambitious capital investment portfolio. Suzanne’s extensive background in construction and ER related roles has equipped her with a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by construction workers. Suzanne is passionate about improving employment practices for all construction operatives, ensuring their mental health and wellbeing is always her highest priority.
