She’s a multi-award winning South Asian entrepreneur, geologist and engineer and has worked in the engineering and construction sector for over 22 years. Her roles outside of being a business leader include co-hosting the Chai & Chat Engineering podcast, being a school governor, an industry and school speaker on STEM and diverse leadership and mum to 3 children. She is a passionate advocate for gender equality, diversity in the workplace and inspiring the next generation into engineering
