Emma Nicholson is a Director of E&R Property Partners and also works as a sustainability consultant. She was a previous winner in the category of allyship at the Inspiring Women in Construction & Engineering Awards in 2023. Emma has worked in the property and construction industry for 25 years and is a Founder of the LinkedIn sites; Women and Sustainable Construction and Property and Women in Sustainable Rail. She is also a Fellow of IEMA, CIOB and APM and has 8 years Board Trustee experience. Emma is a strong supporter of diversity and inclusion matters both in and outside of her work and is currently an EDI Advisory member for the CIOB. She has mentored women in the industry for over 10 years
