Carolyn has 40 years experience in the sector, including the planning, financing and delivery of major projects, regeneration, placemaking and development of cultural strategies and programmes. She is a Non Executive Director with the Connected Places Catapult, Jersey Development Company & Institute of Couriers, and is a Commissioner with the National Preparedness Commission.
