I have worked in people and change for the majority of my career, and have spent the last 5 years leading the inclusion transformation at Cadent. I’m passionate about empowerment and providing environments and opportunities that are equitable, so that everyone has the opportunity to thrive. I enjoy helping others develop their confidence through coaching and mentoring, and appreciate how important recognition can be to support someone’s growth.
