I am an accomplished Engineer and Leader with over ten years’ experience, responsible for managing a broad range of projects, people and budgets. Starting my career with an ICE Quest Scholarship in 2007, my passion for civil engineering was ignited. I have undertaken various operational leadership roles through a diverse range of roles including Client and Principal Contractor. I was responsible for producing and implementing a digital transformation strategy in line with the company’s Highways division and leading the business through a cultural change programme. I am passionate about creating meaningful Social Value by solving essential infrastructure needs and was fortunate to be able to build a Trail bridge in Western Rwanda with Bridges to Prosperity in 2022.
