Danielle Haskings is Head of Sustainability & Social Value at MCS Building Services and a champion for girls and women in the built environment. With 10+ years in construction - spanning both main contractor and subcontractor environments - she understands the industry from the ground up. At MCS, Danielle leads initiatives that open doors into construction and engineering, designing school outreach, mentoring, and early careers pathways. She created the “Girls in Construction & Engineering” programme with regional partners from Women in Property, turning classroom inspiration into work experience, site visits, and next step choices. In her role, she steers MCS’s ESG approach, embedding sustainable strategies and measurable social value into delivery.
