Considerate Constructors
www.considerateconstructors.com/

Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) is a purpose driven, not for profit organisation that sets and raises standards for responsible construction across the UK and Ireland.

For more than 30 years, CCS has worked alongside industry, communities and the public, listening carefully to lived experience, to improve behaviour, build trust and provide independent assurance that construction delivers positive outcomes for people, places and the planet.

Through its Code of Considerate Practice, CCS defines clear expectations across community engagement, workforce wellbeing and environmental responsibility and independently assesses performance against them. The Code continues to evolve in response to what CCS hears from contractors, clients, workers and communities, supporting stronger behaviours, greater consistency across supply chains and measurable, outcome led improvement.
