Highlighting the main phrases and elements of job descriptions that dissuade females from applying to your job role. A group task and masterclass on how to create a job advert that will entice all genders, ages and situations. (5-minute intro and task setting, 10 minutes on the task, 10-minute feedback, 10 minute close and best practise)
