CN Inspiring Women in Construction

Empowering women and supporting the construction industry

Inspiring Women in Construction, organised by Construction News, is a national campaign which champions a fair representation of gender at senior positions and establish a more inclusive industry. It aims to empower individuals and supports women like you already working in the industry to become more aware of barriers and be equipped with ways to overcome them to develop their career and enable women to flourish. The campaign also provides business case studies to showcase the importance of diversity for innovation providing companies with tools to help create a more inclusive and diverse workforce.

Through a series of virtual events and year-round editorial content, the campaign will help you grow your network, influence change across the industry and learn from your peers and businesses improving inclusivity.

Anyone who wants to learn, be inspired and grow their network is welcome at our virtual events.

Moving into our fourth year of the campaign we are excited to inspire more businesses and individuals to progress and promote a more equal, diverse and inclusive culture throughout the construction industry.
